Food Additives and Pharmacopoeial Use
This calcium carbonate preparation has a proven track record as a food additive, especially for beverage applications. By combining our proprietary particle control technology with surface treatment using a stabilizer, we have achieved ultrafine particles and high dispersibility. Due to the excellent dispersion stability of the particles, calcium-fortified beverages with minimal sedimentation and good aesthetic appeal can be obtained. Furthermore, highly concentrated calcium agents can be added, allowing for efficient calcium intake.
